Iceland from above

I've always had a huge fascination with Iceland following such projects as the http://www.outliersiceland.com/ and http://www.arcticsurfblog.com So when I stumbled upon these beautiful images by Andre Ermolaev I almost spontaneously boarded the next flight to Iceland... All pictures are taken from the open window of a plane from about 80+ meters. In his Series ‘Ethereal Pattern of the Real River’ you get a feeling for the inexpressible combinations of colors and lines, which form surreal and wonderful patterns.
